A key part of the Pharos Region while concepting its Pokedex was adding 100 fan favorites from each gen as the familiar Pokemon.

Mega Evolution has been incorporated into Light in Dark, but it works slightly differently.

There are Shadow Mega Stones and Purified Mega Stones. Like with Gen 6, the amount of Pokemon getting Megas is limited, so don't expect the X/Y/OR/AS Megas to show up in Pharos.

Although they work a bit differently, the concept remains the same.
