"Kero" is the noise a frog in Japanese lel by Taetae
If I ever get to make a 4th FEBI OC(I doubt it but I love him so much) it'd be this guy.
He's a snow leopard(basically a cat laguz). Kero likes jingly things. He lives near the top of snowy mountians right in the middle between the Avian and Palmalian border.
Kero has smol hands and has no clue about the countries or even humans.
So he gives lovely names to typical everyday things.
