Thats good to do research the way you are doing it. I am currently working on a comic series that is set to be featured on here later in time. Got story boards and character creation processes in the works. :)

Hey, nice idea there! I think that the use of map sprites for the character picture provides a good defense for your simplistic design.

Originally it was going to be a swimsuit, but that looked really weird I thought, so I remember Snyvee's 2014 Halloween costume and used that instead.
