Toren began thinking up how to build the shelt for the night, but was obviously distracted as he zoned out looking at the wood. His mind wandered from the artifact in his bag to how they would escape the island.

( @Fady That must be agonizing for her... xc I hope she can eventually join us...)

(XD I finished reading the RP room description, and I love how apparently obvious Fiacail's crush is...Toren knew right off the bat.)

Sirius was searching through his pocket wondering what other things he had, throwing out various spoiled fruits he had forgoten about.

(Thats why I avoid pronouns when I'm not sure about a person's preffered pronoun)

"So... You wished to search for herbs, did you not?" Fiacail broke the particularly heavy silence that had plagued the group.

Malakai looked away from the fire, he noticed everyone was occupying themselves with other things. "I can't sit here and doing nothing" he very quietly whispered to himself. Malakai looked around and noticed Sirius's staff, he reached for it and grabbed onto it, holding it tight in his hand he started to stand, putting almost all his weight onto the staff.

Sirius somehow finally emptied his pockets, suprisingly it wasn't actually too much. There was a backpack, spoiled food, the canteens from earlier, a long rope, a single dagger, a suitcase, and finally an extra scarf.

Toren shook his head as if to clear his thoughts, he then picked up a large piece of wood with ease, and braced it up against a nearby palm tree. //We should leave by tomorrow morning. Or try to at least... I - i could fly a few people out of here... no, i cant risk my identity, besides i wouldnt be able to carry all of them, 3 at most.// Toren thought with a loud sigh. He was tired and ragged from the day, everything occured as if a dream, and he hadnt had a thing to eat.

"B-but certainly..." The cetacean shapeshifter stuttered, nodding slowly, once again flustered due to the lovely flame-haired young lady's unexpected sharpness.

Sirius spoke up. "So we will have some people going out to get water, others building shelter, and I guess others looking for food right? So who's doing what exactly, oh and also my missing eye still needs to be found!"

As Malakai stood up, he wobbled against the staff, but he didn't fall down. Glancing around he noticed no one had noticed him yet. He turned his attention towards the forest, if he could make it there, he could probably find something for everyone to eat...

(It's a rather small suitcase that somehow managed to fit through the pocket,
pretty much if it fits into the hole, it can be stored)

"Nonetheless..." Fiacail attempted to shake off his surprise. Now he spoke to the group generally, "Depending on the meal you have in mind, I could be of assistance in your locating it.

Following Toren's example, Raven selected a large piece of wood and rolled it over to the faun's position with steady and powerful insectile legs. Then he heaved the wood vertically in order to aline it besides Toren's.

Sirius responded to Fiacail, "I'm ok eating fruit but I'm in the mood for meat, but I'll take what I can get." He wagged his tail at the thought of some food.

Malakai starting slowly limping towards the forest. "If I can change forms, I can find food quicker" he thought to himself..

"Well whatever requires to carry a lot of stuff I can do, because magic pockets thats why, so I guess maybe I can help retrieve water." Sirius responded to the group. "But I don't want to go do it alone."

Toren had hardly noticed Raven was next to him alighning the large wood pieces that would brace a small roof. He was so lost in thought, that after he finnished securing his pillar, he continued to grab more wood to set up as supports like a mindless drone.

Sirius takes notice to the standing Malakai, "Hey you're up, so you're feeling better?"

"Uh..A little bit" Malakai stuttered. "I'm just going to take a walk in the forest" he lied.

As per usual, his advances in impressing her (let alone anyone else) were merely in vain, as yet again she'd seen through him. /Huh, and I've still yet to learn of her name.../ he thought ruefully. Very well... Whatever else could he occupy himself with? The others had most of the necessities covered. /I suppose I'll ask Sir Big Horns over yonder.../ "Excuse me- ah, I never came to know of your name...um..." he stated awkwardly, realizing this to be true. " Might there be a task of some other nature of which I can take on?"

Sirius replied, "Are you sure about going alone? We really don't know what's on this island."

(Sorry for my few/late replies, pretty occupied right now -o-)

Ah Toren jumped as he was startled out of thought. "uh.. the names Toren, yours is... Fiacail somthing right? i suppose you could help us with the shelter," Toren motioned to what they were building, realising him and Raven had almost completed it unconsiously. "we do need to tie together some wood and palm branches for a roof still"

(ah whaaat i swear i only posted that once :S)

Raven paused to step back and look over the work that him and Toren had completed. "We'll need one more tent after this one," he noted aloud. "The smaller one for the lady, and larger one for the rest of us."

( @Kole: No probs, I figured somebody needed to point that out XD)

"ah, right. we cant forget that." Toren yawned "guess im just a little out of it.."

Fiacail's heart sank upon finding that his beloved would rather partner up with that... one-eyed... thing instead as well as discovering the 'daunting' nature of his appointed task. /'Tis better than nothing, I suppose.../ He exhaled exasperatingly on the inside. "Oh, why yes... of course, Toren..." He hid his shame and tried out those two syllables. Kneeling down alongside the lumber, he proceeded in tying a knot.

Sirius picked up all the canteens he had and put them in his pocket. "Well he said nature calls, so I guess there's not much danger if he's leaving for a minute or two? Well, shall we go now Adara?"

(Well, my system's running out of battery again... :T I'll be in and out, though I'll be certain my 3DS is fully charged upon the arrival of the next RP session.)

Raven nodded before glancing in the direction of the setting sun, its light quickly diminishing beneath the crystal waves of the Median Sea. "Let's pick up the pace and get this finished," Raven encouraged. "Hopefully the hunting team will find something by the time we've got a new fire set up. Who knows what lurks beneath the canopy after dark," he added gravely.

Sirius turned towards the 2 builders. "I'm ok sleeping outside a tent, I'm used to sleeping out in the open being a vagabond and all."

( @Whaley: Bummer! Again? You ought to get a charger that allows you to play while charging...)

Sirius told Adara with a smile, "Hey don't worry too much, worst case scenario is that a snake bites him while relieving himself. Best case is I guess he finds food next to where he does his business. Let's go get the water now." Sirius leaves with Adara to go to where the water would supposedly be.

"yea, thats probably a good plan" Toren agreed, He sighed and continued to work, all these worries and an unseen future clouding his mind once again. "hmm oh ok Sirius, " Toren reponded, still in thought. "Do you have any ideas to escape the island?" Toren asked Raven quietly as he continued to work.

" Yes, aye-aye, Cap-"Fiacail froze in terror as he recognized the voice of who had uttered that sentence, and reluctantly faced said unusual centaur's direction. Clearing his throat, he continued in looping the natural rope together, then some courageous part of him, somewhere in the abyss of his conscience, made him speak up," That is a rather nifty abode you've whipped up, by the by." He could hardly believe he was speaking directly to the physical embodiment of his nightmares.

( @Fady I certainly will if I ever find one that can suit my 3DS's condition. xc)

(XD And that's alright... At least Raven may teach him to conquer his fears, at this rate.)

"No clue," Raven grunted as he teamed up with Toren to lift a finished part of the roof into position. "Unless we can catch the attention of a passing ship or sprout wings, we're stuck for the time being."

Sirius had eventually reached a pool of fresh water, he brought out all the canteens he had, conveniently there was one per person and with Adara's help started filling them.

Upon hearing those words, the still quite arachnophobic lad paused in his progress once more. "M-might you have just said something along the lines of getting the attention of a ship?"

Toren sighed, "wings huh," he talked to himself hoisting the roof and tieing it down. "well, come tomorrow, we should leave." he said to Raven and Fiacail.

(wait deleting that comment, sorry whaley)

Sirius and Adara eventually finished and went back to the camp.

"Yeah," Raven replied to Fiacail, although without turning to face him, as he was busy on the makeshift fort. "We can set a large bonfire to constantly burn, thus creating a large column of smoke," he explained. "Although, it won't be visible in the night, and I doubt that any ship will discover this island, which fails to even appear on maps."

( @Whaley: Lol Xd Well, who likes a character that reads minds, right? He still has a limit to intelligence XD)

(sounds good @Hybrid, gotta be some kind of threat on an island)

Toren, Raven and Fiacail had finished the makeshift shelters as Adara and Sirius came back. Toren rubbed his shoulder as if sore, and slumped to the ground leaning on the support.

(brb)

Torens ears suddenly pricked at the sound of a distant scream. He quickly shot out of his daze and instinctly grabed his swords hilt. "What was that?"

Raven's hairs prickled uneasily as a scream suddenly tore itself from deep within the forest. Insinctively, he stooped down to pick up a long staff-like object, which could vaguely serve as a spear.

His heart raced at first due to the unexpected return of his lovely... Adara, was it? Then, his pupils shrunk as he focused on a distant shriek. "What on earth-"

(My 3DS ran out of juice. xc Meanwhile, I'd been surveying the RP from the internet whilst eating ice cream. XD)

"Let's head in there," Raven said, suddenly taking charge. "Dorian, keep watch over the camp. The rest of us should go. Stick close together, and be prepared for the worst."

(all the boys grab their weapons lolol)

Toren got up and dashed past everyone and into the forest, now darkened by the setting sun behind him. With little regaurd for his own well being, he continued to run forward through the brush, his slit eyes adjusting to the darkness.

( @Whaley: Ice creeeeam...? *mouth starts watering* I just did an 8K, so I'm starving for sweets XD)

"What else would you expect?" Raven said in reply to Adara before charging into the forest after Toren. His legs moved in a blur over the forest floor, his ears trained for any further sounds from the lone endangered survivor.

Fiacail grasped at the dagger sheathed in his belt and ever-so-cautiously followed behind the faun, spider-centaur, soft-haired girl and the rest, wondering for a fleeting moment how the injured member (apparently Dorian) would fare out here with the others gone.

"Never have I heard a cry such as that on the face of this isle," his voice trembled the slightest bit.

( @Bloody-Hybrid Pig-man? :o The plot thickens... XD)

Sirius followed the group unsure on what he could do but on the way he picked up stones and placed them in his pocket to throw them once the danger was found. He would have preffered his staff but oh well.

As Toren followed, by a few others, continued to force his way through the brush, he made out a dark large figure in the distance, that then took off. It was still too dark to make out ay details, but Toren drew his sword anyways, preparing for a fight.

As Raven raced past trees, he picked up the rustling of a creature shoving its way through foilage and changed his direction to follow it. With his incredible speed on foot, he would likely catch up fast.

( @Blood-Hybrid I get that he probably is intimidating, though I do wonder what he looks like... :O)

Sirius had collected quite a few large rocks to throw and held the largest one with him as he ran. He briefly stopped to see what his other eye could be seeing at the moment, it seemed to be off the ground and no longer out at shore. (Let's just say maybe the pig dude found it)
He stopped and continued running wondering what the danger might be.

(I wish I read lord of the flies, but I guess hearing about monsters in Dante's Inferno is enough for me)

Toren stoped suddenly as he came across a familiar article of clothing. one glance and he knew whom it had belonged too. It had no blood on it, so Toren figured he was alive, but they needed to find him before he was.

(ah i missed the dead memo!)

(Toren won't be fooled that easily XD)

Sirius was following, checking his eye again, it moved, it was in the forest, moving towards some aperant movement, maybe it was moving towards... them!
"Guys I don't think we'll need to worry about finding the source of aperant danger. Hmm, this scenario is worse than what I had thought for worse case scenario." (Which was a snake bite on the ding-a-ling as Kai relieved himself btw)

Malakai stopped and looked around in each direction, he couldn't see anyone. A sigh rippled through his flanks. "I should return to the others" He shook his head "I'm a wolf now! What if they try and kill me?"

Toren picked up the clothing and listened around, "are you certain Sirius? i dont hear anything..."

(alsooooo im gona have to go soon!)

As Raven followed the mysterious creature, he finally caught its silhouette in the now nearly pitch-black forest. It appeared to be standing still, so he used the chance to attack. With a burst of speed, he pounced at the creature and pinned it to the ground, his makeshift spear poised to strike, but paused when he noticed that his victim was merely a gray wolf, yet an unusually large one at that.

Sirius nodded, "Well I didn't hear anything, but I did see." He covered his eye once more to see that the location once again changed, he saw themselves in the distance, his idmediate thought was "RUN!"
He shifted into feral form to run off from the danger seeing that it must be something very dangerous aproaching.

(On another note, the dead guy is still laying around back at camp XD Let's hope he doesn't get eaten by a pig-man...)

Malakai shifted on his footpads, unsure of what to do next, he couldn't just shift back to human form it was that easy, and he didn't want to scare anyone back at the camp. He shook his fluffy head, "What do I do now?" he thought to himself

(If only Sirius had a bigger poncho to fit people in and make group travel easy, like, everyone jumps in while the one person capable of traveling great distances takes them all, like a clown car, but a poncho!)

(I had been thinking about Raven asking if Sirius could do that... of course, he wouldn't be very enthusiastic about trying it out. XD)

Sirius eventually tripped on a large rock injuring one of his hind legs, preventing him from running fast.

(ahhh alrighty guys i have to goooooo! we can pick up where we left off next week! also, seems our conversations got a bit scrambled, might want to read over them and sort them out haha)

(Oops, sorry, from his ref he looks more dark grey than black to me xP I meant Malakai)

Malakai yelped as the spiider boy came out of nowhere and pounced on him...

(Welp this was fun, my ds is almost dead and I need to read atleast 7 cantos of Dante's "The Inferno" )
