KittyNoir can be Final Kizzy for up to ten hours.
Depending on how long she used the form, she will be unconsious for four-twelve hours (To regain strength) when she transforms out of Final Kitzie. KittyNoir cannot transform when she is regaining her strength.
Final Kizzy is powerful, but she's not too OP.
