This is Dave's inner power that he gained long ago on one of his missions. At first the demon inside tried to take control however he managed to control its power and use it as his own. In this state his right arm grows spikes and marking as well as a mask on his face. The cape/scarf on his neck determins how long he can use this power. He will go into this form should his wife Niki or his daughter Yuki are in very serious danger from a powerful threat.
