Kaibutsu is a character from the anime Ginga Densetsu We,ed. Its a really good anime. Anyway, kaibutsu was once a dog, but humans took him and did tests on him to make him a beast. But theres scenes where hes laying on a table with wires attached to him and he has a muzzle on so this reminded me of that XD you can find the anime on youutbe
