Nostalgia by Sweet-Cactus
Yeah, I finally found inspiration again for my birthday (oh well, technically, it's on the 15th)! Sweet old memories... Pokemon yellow was my first game and the GBC my first gaming device. Butterfree was actually my first pokemon, I trained it on my Christmas evening to defeat Brock... At this time, we had few colors and music on our screens, but the games still kept us dreaming. ^_^

Gen 1 was when I started playing Pokemon, too. I had Pokemon Red. Aside from Charmander, I'm not certain who all I had on my team, though. I wasn't the best strategist back then. XD
Anyway, nice picture! I like the contrast of color that Butterfree provides on the monochrome background. The detail in this picture looks great, too!

I love how you did the clouds and the background in general. It makes the look really dynamic.
My first pokémon game on a handheld console was Emerald version. I couldn't understand English at that time so I had no idea what the plot was about XD. I managed to somehow beat it n_n'.

I used to love butterflies growing up (still do). And butterfree was one of my favorite pokemon. ^-^ This gives me nostalgia as well.

I really love the pokemon in colors but the background in black and white. It's a great style and it's so beautiful ! I seriously love the wings of the pokemon too ! *o*

I'm studying business administration and so far everything has been easy. (I'm just starting though). Right now, since it's Semana Santa, we're on vacations. I'm pretty much enjoying life until college gets hard XD.
