-can control drizzles (go to frisk's final design pic to see how)
-based off the thermosphere, loves everything about auroras
-is older than frisk by 4 ages (chara is I2, frisk is 8), older than asriel by 2 ages (asriel is IO)
-in genocide runs, before chara goes to the final corridor, they switch all pieces of clouthing frisk had on before, but keeps determination pack on, also puts on heart locket & takes real knife

FUN FACT:
only the goats & chara can wear clouthes like this, because each of these types of clouthing represent an atmosphere. if a randim monster were to wear any of these kinds of clouthes, they would immediately represent a part of the atmosphere.
long story short, only the royal family can wear these types of clouthes

I just found out that there is a fan-game called UpperTale, but it's basically just the story after the monsters are freed from the underground. So, I don't think it will affect your AU. Just wanted to let you know! :3
