I downloaded the file to see the 3D (I assume you forgot to add it? :D) and I think it turned out lovely! This picture is incredibly detailed. I can tell that you´ve put a lot of time and thought into this. I especially like those colorful fish in the water. The character looks cute and fits perfectly into the scene. You got it´s features right, too. The shading and colors are very harmonic overall.
Looking at your gallery I this certainly is one of your best drawings (in my opinion). As a small tipp - I think you could take a closer look at paw anatomy. Making them look a bit more realistic would probably fit your drawing style :)
