-can control hailstorms & thunderstorms ((there are cords that send this power to his arms/hands, too))

-can release very cold winds to push frisk back a bit

-can shoot thunder at frisk like missiles

-flowey's monster head can shoot out blizzards ((like sans's gaster blasters))

-he can make big snowballs bounce around the battlefield
