-the design of the boots was inspired by a cosplay a friend did for frisk at school.

-frisk can slightly control drizzles ever since they were given the new cloud outfit. however, their 'determination pack' must activate in order for them to do so. why? each side of the pack emits a cool & warm wave of wind. when the 2 forces combine, this creates rain. & with the feeling of determination flowing through them, they are determined enough to gain control of the rain clouds.
