Since it wasn't super clear in the tag, is this a canon where everyone is just going about their lives in their respective places, or are they all in the {undefined} avatar's army, like in the games? I mean, personally i think it would make more sense if it were the latter, since such diverse characters rarely occur in the games naturally.)

(i am not quite sure, but i figured i'd have her be passing through valm but i kind of like your idea since we may like to support characters from other armies :P wow im not much help haha. sorry)
