Some people think it's pervy because they play out this picture in there mind and take the final thought offencive and pervy and sometimes that don't even care how great the art is in the first place.

Giving her pants, or at least shorts or a skirt would add more wieght to your "not a pervy picture" claim. Please think about whether this be true. :)
