Has this joke already been done?

Inspired partially by @PAPYRUS-'s semi-recent drawing of Bill surrounded by the word "Bill" and that time when Bill would just appear in the middle of the screen during other shows. Also, this is totally who Bill pretended to be when he met Ford.
And they both have bow ties!
