do you have to wait until you're accepted to use your characters if you post within the enrollment time? do you go through and accept them all individually or can we use them right away if enrollment isnt over??

re:ok alot of ppl can read my writing so that makes u a bit blind and excatly i meet all the stupid requirements of the enrollment so stop being so rude i worked hard on all the segi ocs i tried entering and YOU REJECTED them all when they all meet the requirements while everyone elses are just like mine but uk wat watever
