I guess you can talk to collecting smiles... I often email them and they reply...(ok sometimes it's very late but still xD) and they do accept things... once one of my pics got banned. When they sent me a warning e mail, I just said I was sorry and they replied me "lol k it's ok here have ur pic back" (this made me laugh actually xD)
I don't know if they'll give your account back (especially if it's deleted... I don't remember if The Cartoon Guy's account was deleted when he got banned...) but you can still try... tell them that you're sorry and that you'll stop nsfw...? bleh idk-
