Suddles Reimagined by Poada
I've been thinking of that perhaps later down the road I wanted to change Suddles from a Pokemon to something of my own design. This is what I ended on.
Does this work or is it still too close to a Wooper?

Mabye give him nubby arms and a more green-blue color?
Other than that, the designs pretty cute.

His face looks like a cross between Wooper and a River Zora. Love the tail.
