Pinello, the witch that lives near Hazel and Junie's village. She specializes in elemtal magic and researches aether. Witches can only be cursed by other witches more powerful than them, so she's only partially cursed...she is unable to handle high altitudes, however, so she can't go and face Celesta herself.
The staff on the right is s/t she gives to Hazel, to help her channel her "Natural flame-type aetheric abilities" (her fire magic)
