His robe has the Valon Crest on the center flap, as well as his name in the ancient text. You'll find the translation on Ancient Text 008: Monument in Fates. Also the circle for Frezburgh has it spelled out clockwise.

I like how you included the ancient text, because I self translated Poem "A dragon neither white nor black"
