Goodbye by StripeySocks
Squidge started developing a tumor near his stomach around the start of this year, he's been a little soldier and kept on going despite this.
We decided to take him to the vets again last night and they told us the kindest option was to put him to sleep.
I wanted to make a little post for him since I made one when I first got him and I wanted to let you know. He's been the best comforter for the past few years and I'll really miss him.

Some decisions are tough to make, especially for loved pets.... But this is best for him. I had to put a good pet down, too. It's hard. *hugs* But, I'm sure he'll be happy to know you loved him and that this choice is from your care. :)

I think you did what was best for him, but I hope you feel better soon. I had to go through the same thing, my parakeet had a tumor and we had to put him down. Best of wishes to you ;n;
