Yep, koro's been an alicorn from the start. She's not OP or anything though (lol), her magic's weak and she's bad at flying.

And if you mean was she born with them, yes. When one parent is a pegasus and the other is a unicorn, there's a rather rare chance that one or more of the offspring will be an alicorn. These alicorns are very rare and aren't godlike at all (they have average sized wings and horns, too) xD
