"Hello there, I'm here to get some help.
So,
I have three best friends, two of which I've known for almost four years. I trust them more than anyone else but... there's an issue. They all pick around with me, calling me fat and making jokes about it... I'm four feet nine inches, and somewhere around one hundred and five lbs... of course I have a little bit of a tummy. I know they're not trying to hurt my feelings on purpose, but even though they don't mean to, they still do." (continued below)
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

If they're your friends and care about you, get each of them alone and tell them you want to talk. Then explain exactly what they do that hurts you and exactly how you feel. Don't tell them as a group, as individually it'll be more effective. Then, if one makes a joke, just frown and another will notice and put a stop to it. It's more of a habit than anything else at this point, so after a while of not doing it, it likely won't come up much again.
