When it comes to Men think geometrical, square, and sharp edges.
If you want to make him look more like he has testosterone flowing through his veins, he looks like he needs more of a squarer chin, or squarer cheekbones. While his lips are alright, I think his neck needs to be thicker and/or shorter with an Adam's Apple on it. Male eyes tend to be more square-ish/rectangular as well. Bushier eyebrows could help as well. His nose is too rounded and tiny, sharpen it up with some straight lines to make it look more masculine.
