While Hollow is the one who collects and judges the souls of those who is due for death; Lucius is then the one to bring the spirits to their disignated destination after their Judgement-Underworld, Spirit World, Heaven and Rebirth. Where else Manaar acts as the 'light that guides the spirit through the dark'. Something akin to purifying the darkness and evil in vengeful spirits.
Both individuals' pasts is unknown to everyone other than Hollow(Who basically knows everything about anyone). But Manaar is more tight lipped than Lucius, clearly hinting that she had a tough past when she was still alive. Whilst Lucius will expertly twist around questions regarding about their past.
