Dracorex by Sittacus
The name "Dracorex hogwartsia" - means "dragon king of Hogwarts" was inspired by children who view the skull (resembling a dragon) in the Children´s Museum of Indianapolis. Also, the authors of the first description were probably fans of the Harry Potter series of books by J.K. Rowling.
