A charactor i made a long time ago...
I made him for an 'end of the world' rp along with his younger brother. The backstory to them is that they were used as expirments for chemicals (which is way he looks like...that) but they manage to escape and live almost happily ever after.....maybe

and like some of my other o.cs, he's always has the mad,pissed off look on him :l
