Lugia is by far my least favorite Legendary to catch with it's ability to struggle and ultimately make itself feint. But regardless of it being a pain in the keister, it's really pretty so I decided to draw it :3 I also realize Lugia stays underwater but I thought it'd be interesting if it were flying :) #Lugia #Pokemon #Legendary
