i COMPLETLY agree with you, but some stuff like JUST shirtless or some kind of summer/beach thing is okay, nudity is bad. i dont see how people have the incentive to post it :/

Omg, my lil sis playz on my 3ds and she's like 5, she likes to go on colors and draw stuff, and look at other painting, so apparently something caught her eye and it was a very well detailed male withought anything on laying down and on the other side was a very detailed female, then another pic she saw was a man on a women side veiw standing and his thing was in her mouth, it was weird. i just kinda took my ds for a minute posted some very well thought out comments and gave it back to my sister, then i walked away.

I personally think there should be SOME consideration, and people could at least censor the eighteen and up parts... I know that people say the gallery is supposed to be for thirteen and up , but really, you have to be thirteen and up to make an ACCOUNT. Children of all ages view the gallery. So people, please be thoughtful. I_I

I hate the 'You have to be thirteen and older to make an account. Anyone younger should know better.' First of all, the flag buttion is for marking picture as Eightteen plus. It is still visible for people who change the settings on their account. And, most of the nudes on here [v]iolate the ToS in the first place. Also, Colors! Admins check the recently flagged paintings regularly to see if they are rightfully flagged. Second, the people who post real nudes should be considerate of the younger people on here, even if they aren't supposed to. No one cares anymore... greedy, inconsiderate, jerks.

ikr this is so true i mean like this morning i checked 2 see if some1 told me i should draw somtin n i was half asleep(i'm NOT a morning person) i looked at new painting n like half were like censored or needed 2 b i had the same reaction ppl need 2 relize lil kids look at the gallery they just can't comment or like if they dont have an account

To utena: About the no one under 13 being able to get an account, that's because of COPPA(child online privacy protection act), which means that any site that has users under thirteen MUST be G-rated or it can be shut down D:(that's why people who join deviantart and are too young automatically get banned until they turn thirteen if a mod finds out that they're underage) The fact that colors! allows some mature content (which is what the eighteen plus flag flags things as) means that it can't have users under thirteen. And I hate that rule too!

I´ve never seen po.rn on Colors O.o But the poor little kids that see it :( I once googled a character I liked and saw some DISGUSTING stuff after just a bit of scrolling, so i can feel with them. I don´t mind mere Nudity, but there is much worse stuff :/

Yea, its a huge problem. Considering the fact the 3DS is mostly a kids system, you would think they'd know better.
Some people are just ignorant, they justify it by calling it "art" when really that kinda stuff just shouldn't be posted at all. I mean really now have some decency people. Think about the kids that could potentially see the stuff your posting! -A-
Hopefully the Colors update has a better reporting system, or the site administrators have to aprove what your posting first, that'd be cool. It'd help keep all this "junk" off the site. -w-
