We think our physical body is us, so we think our soul is something small inside of it. But the exact opposite is true. This body is a small part of what we are. We are born and die in a tiny fraction of time, but we are eternal. It is not that, when we die, we leave this world. We are already there now. It is that a speck of us is and always will be in this timeline but most of us exists beyond. Long after pain is gone, we exist, so love others because love connects us together in the beyond.

What a beautiful piece of art, and what a message, too. I now see from a different perspective, truly inspirational.

A good friend of mine brought up an interesting perspective on this subject, saying: "If you could look into a mirror, and see yourself for your true value, as God sees you, you'd be tempted to bow down and worship your reflection."
Considering that God loved us enough to send his only begotten son to atone and serve as the ultimate example, it's not too far-fetched to think that merrits some truth.
