Chaos was born to a queen and king of a huge storm cloud kingdom where only the strongest pegasus reside.
At first they were excited... until they saw their son.
It was obvious he wasn't normal, he was born with highly unusual features that no other pegasus were born with.
One of which being his dark glowing right eye.
It was found out he was notnthe son of the king at all, but rather Discord himself!
The queen had betrayed her people and was banished from the stormy kingdom. Cont.

However, the colt was discarded on the streets.
Chaos grew up there by himself known as a son of Discord, and people took to calling him Chaos.
The local children were the worst as they took it upon themselves to beat him and pick on him every chance they found, which is why his legs are all scarred from all the fighting.
His fragile mental state broke out there in his lonelyness. He took to talking to himself when he was alone just to hear a friendly voice, he would laugh when he was beaten to keep his sadness away, and would scream just to scare others.
This was his dismill childhood.
As he grew older his crooked horn grew in and he discovered he had a magical abilitiy, one like no other and granted to him by his father's odd genes.
His power was one of disorder...

If he could get another pony to look him in his right eye he could control them for a short time.
At first he used it only to have the others leave him alone... but after a while... that wasn't enough.
He started looking for citizens to use his powers on to use them to act like his friends. To FORCE ponies to be his friends, even for a few short minutes.
Eventually word got back to the palace about the odd alicorn controling citizens out on the streets and he was brought to the throneroom to be questioned.
While there he got close enough to control the king and guards even, making them dance in the halls and act as if he was prince... but it couldn't last... His power waned and they all broke out of his trance and they arrested him.
It was considered an attack on the palace and Chaos was exhiled from the kingdom by way of a tornado and sent to Equestria where he now resides.
He calls himself ChaosWind now and found out about the alicorns ruling this kingdom.

Now that Chaos knows alicorns are rulers he seeks to make his own kingdom. One on the other side of the sky, where everything is backwards and abnormal is normal... where he can fit in. Him and all other misfits.
He'll do anything to make this imaginary land with citizens that don't exist. And nopony is there to find him or love him...
