Backstory crap:
Maim, aka Moss, used to have a wife, Alex , before she left him. They had a pup, Andrew. Andrew always got into trouble, sometimes ruining Moss's work, until he was sick of it. He then killed Andrew, and making it look like he killed himself. Alex found out that Moss had killed Andrew after this scene, where she found blood on his pads.
