Trying to figure out the layered method you would use when painting in gouache. Not quite getting it, though translating it do a digital medium adds to the challenge for sure.

Thank you :) Try doing it in black and white first. From what I saw it's mostly that your values are off; once you get the values to work, everything will start falling into place!
