I'm going to be real honest with you and this is just critisism (and I have gave honest feedback to another artist but they got offended by an opinion and started a large arguement over my opinion) link's face looks quite disturbing. His eyes seem too small, his nose is too close to his mouth, his ears needed to be upward not out sense elf ears do come from human ears, and it looks like you were trying to really structure the jaw line but it looks unnatural. But everything else looks great.

Now, I know your probably going to say "its my style" but if your trying to go for a realistic look, you should probably look up references for realistic faces and try to work on these key elements to capture realistic faces. This is just my opinion. You don't have to take it if you don't want to. And I know your not here to please anyone with your art. Neither am I.
