Backstory: Her parents were proud chocolateers. Her father CocoKraze and her mother WhiteFudge, were big time shop owners, housed in manehatten. When Cocoa was born her parents had to take her to work with them, and she'd watch them work, inspired and soon she decided to test it out for herself, upon burning her hoof she discovered mixing hot chocolate fudge with red apples made a tangy yet sweet flavour, that was pleasing to all. Her parents, told her off for being careless, but the anger turned to excitement. The following morning she awoke, glancing at her flank, she squealed in delight, her parents running in and screaming in joy, hugging their daughter.

She was then told she could go to college, study for her dream job, and she did just that, becoming a talented individual, making the best confectionary in all of Equestria.
GoldenDream soon heard of her, and invited her to live in her apartment building, if she worked along side her. She jumped at the chance.
Although very shy, shes very polite and always has a smile on her face.

I think this backstory is cute, especially the cutiemark part ~v~
