Cave Story: Weapon Lancery by Monsieur_Newbz
I opened up a new Cave Story file in Hard Mode then I remembered how I obtained the Polar Star.
You had to rob a sleeping man of his weapon in First Cave.
And when everyone is gone in Mimiga Village, if you voyaged to the man's hideout, he'd be awake, asking where his gun was and that it wasn't finished.
Shame.

but if you have the polar star and you go see him, he'll see you have it and get really mad at you.
it's fun, then he's immediately just like: ah well, now I'm going to give you the most OP weapon ever. it's all cool.
