The speed of time is the orbital speed of a planet multiplied by it's spin. Overpassing the speed of time will allow you to travel in time, but only forwards. You will be able to see yourself in the past, repeating your actions. That's creepy in my opinion.
Note: You have to move East-ward to travel in time.
You think all this is ravings of a madman with insomnia?
Tell it to the scientists in the far future.

I'm just messing with you. XD Though this is stuff I learned a few years ago. : )

If you move faster than light, technically all you'd be seeing is the light reflecting off your own eyes, and until the visual apperation catches up behind you, there will indeed be two of yourself existing in space at the same time.

Also, warp space is my favorite form of FTL travel. ;D
