Did you try a diffrent outlet?
cuz we found out in our home that our outlet was burn and that only one plug was working but it also was not working so ken, & matt fixed the plugs and the wires but there so much worng with it that we have to open the wall to fix it but thats a no noXD

or is it just the cord cuz I can send you another cord?

I see what I can do to help you out:D

I tried my different outlets and chargers i think a part of the charging port on the tablet broke so there isn't much i can do besides send it to an electronics store or something and have it fixed
