This is a rough idea of the central area from my wip story.
The main idea is that people landed and settled on the coast, building their shelters into the cliff. Eventually the population grew and the migrated upwards, leaving the coast to slowly deteriorate. The cliff grew into an metropolitan spiderweb, whereas the coast developed into the slums. #landsharkproj
