I feel like this would look a lot better if it was cleaned up, had a lot more varied line art, and the colors having different hues and shading, as well as needing some weak and strong contrast. Right now it looks like it needs more flow and rhythm to the hair, to make it look more interesting and less stagnant as it does now.
