i just endured a deep tissue massage for one hour. the lady took one look at my bod and was like " jesus child what do you do to yourself!?"
i've been working so hard on my physique and techinque this season and it's taken a toll on my mortal body . Plus i've also been going to practice early to help teach the freshman how to throw properly because Coach isn't doing squat!

My butt and my upper body were pretty much ther reason i went for the massage. I didn't even know how tight my a22 was til she pressed her elbow into it, i was tearing up and cough/laughing pretty much the whole session. if you got any questions :y
