This is Arche Duquette.
He's a real fanatic when it comes to crafting magical items that aide witches such as wands, brooms, etc.
His 'wand'...well it's on his hands. They were custom crafted by yours truly! They act like any other wand but with more freedom as to what can be done.

- Arche is a very energetic fellow. Practically anything can get him excited.
- His familiar is tied to his soul. You'll find out why when I post his familiar.
- He only really good at math. Everything else is lacking.
- He is 5'8".
- His family is into combing technology with magic. Hence his fascination with creating items combing those two elements.
- He is a pyromaniac.
