Watch the end of video. step 1, make character with a color background on first layer. step 2, then copy pic to other layer. when ready, draw a part you want to move on next frame or layer. follow step 2 with each layer. when done...step 3, move your first layer or top most layer to the layer behind it. next move layer behind it to top layer. continue this until your satisfied. once done save video play back and see what happens.
