Katie is a shapshifting entity who lives within Vic's dream world. She represents Vic's good dreams and whenever Vic has a love interest in one of his dreams, it's Katie playing the role. Her abilites include: reading Vic's mind, hovering above ground, materialization, and as mentioned earlier, shapshifting into other female forms.
