description: worst ruler of Clad in history! his subjects hated him and he hated them equally, if not more. super malicious and everything he did was out of spite. it didn't take much for him to transform because his trigger emotions were just what his personality was. the people didn't really know what to do with him because he was so horrible, so they just tried to keep him from doing anything while the state of Clad stayed constant (constantly terrible am i right!!)
he can only partially open his left eye but his right is a snake eye.
