After finally buckling down and begain watching Sonic Underground for a Project, I quickly noticed how inconsistant Sleet's tail is. Sometimes there is a blue tip, other times there isn't.
This is just a cute little chibi-Sleet getting ready for the day, painting his tail blue.
I had done a sketch of this, and brought the picture onto Colors! to finish it up.
