So you did a system update and now you can't get on your gallery? What, does it not let you connect to the gallery at all or...? Weird. Have you tried erasing colors then redownloading it? Maybe that will help.

You can make a new Nintendo ID By either emailing nintendo or going online i'm pretty sure!
But you shouldnt have to purchase colors again. You just need to sign into your nintendo account. it should be on the registered users, it never goes away..

I have a miiverse, but only on my wii u & I haven't bothered to link my wii u NNID to my 3ds so... x.x

Also hm... I dunno if I can be of much help on this. I've never erased an account of mine on anything ever, I really lack experience with this kinda deal.
You might have to just buy colors again, as much as that sucks. When my Krazy Katt111 xbox account got messed up and I had to make another, I had to re-buy minecraft and the other arcade games I had.
