Explosion were seens as well as smoke rising from the battlefield, A Gem with Purple and yellow hair walked infront of a crowed of Gems she swung her hand and snapped her fingers, a long ribbon of blue flames engulfed the othere Gems, The screamed as the flames durned their Gems to dust. "Hey! Red, wanna have a contest? Lets see who can kill the most. So far I've got 36~"

Star swiftly ran through the battlefield, poofing Gems and using a spell to bubble them as she ran past the poofed gemstones.

She skidded to as top as she saw Pyro fighting...tears began to run down her face "So shes the one leading this all...Dan it Pyro..."
She was shaken out of her trance when large columns of lightning smashed down on rebels across the field.

Once it vanished, she glanced down at some of the poofed gems, and slowly set one boot on one and pushed down. It made an eerie crunch. "I-I think thats 22 now~ I forgot how fun destruction was!"

Pyro halted as the lightning crashed down- any closer and she wouldve been fried. She laughed a little, it was completely like Crin, to pull something that big and fantasic without mind for anyone else around, she thought as she kicked on gem, stabbed another, and tossed both poofed into a nearby fight. Theyd get shattered somehow...

She froze. She felt the spike in her leg, but that was minor compared to what... to who she had just heard. She didn't turn around, instead almost ignoring it... maybe she'd go away.
Pyro didnt want to hurt her. Not again.

Gold blinked, almost looking sad. "We've lost many already... its likely good that it isnt common." She lifted one hand and blasted another gem with blue fire as she stepped across rubble and shards to where Ametrine was. "But oh well. Right? Just enjoy while it lasts~"

Ame walked to her side and spun her before giving her a quick kiss, "How about we fuse sparkles~?"

Suddenly electricity surged through Pyro's leg...it was the spike, it was made to use electricity to cripple what it hits.

Gold was recovering from the sudden defusion... she got up on one knee and glanced over. "Pyro... chill. We won. You'll live."

Ame shrugged as she dodged the attack "Shes right Pyro. Chill out~" she spoke as she began to gather more Gem shards, mixing them with Star's shards...

Pyro blinked slowly... then turned back and bit down into Gold's arm, making the red gem back off with a cry of pain. "Oh, don't worry! You'll get over it! Suck it up, crybaby!" She scowled, mocking Gold's voice before lunging towards Ame, tackling her. "I said drop them!!"

Pyro turned away from Ame without a word, her cape falling gently behind her... she crouched beside Crin and began picking through them... occasionally twitching from sobs.

Pyro climbed on without a word... wrapping her arms around Crin so she wouldn't fall. She sniffed once and then rested her head on Crin's back.

Crin nodded....after a long time of them driving around Crin took a sharp turn into an alley. Four Jaspers were guarding a large door.

She pulled up a holo screen from her bike and typed a password, the door suddenly opened and she went through...There was a huge underground facility "Soon the news will spread that you defeated Star and ended the Rebellion." she spoke as she stopped the bike at a large machine on the wall "We're here. Put the Gems shards on the metal top."

"D-don't remind me." She choked out, before hopping off and stepping up to the machine, retrieving the shard from her pocket and setting them down as gently as she could... the small clinking noise made her shiver. "Okay... there..."

"No, you have to go. The Diamonds are showing up in person so I think it'd be a bad choice to skip it." she spoke as she walked past Star who was calling a taxi.

Gold was sitting in her room... scouring over the 11 books, which were haphazardly strewn throughout the room. Her tears had dried long ago... instead clinging to the hope that somewheres-somewheres in these pages, there would be something...

After a few moments, she grew angry and threw the book across the room. "I dont know! I dont know dammit!!" She slid down the wall and pressed her forehead to her knees... then looked at where the book had landed.

It had opened to the middle, and part of a red circle was showing... wait a minute. She looked to another book, a greenish one. She had left it on the same page... and another different part of the circle could be seen.

She began flipping to the middle of another book...

"I-I guess..." Pyro continued following... casting a long glance at Star before turning away with a pained expression, and pulled part of her cape around her shoulders

"Okay..." she had become more determined, after a quick glance at each of the pages. They seemed to hold something about regeneration, though the text was slightly faded... she began arranging them on the floor, kicking aside any other research materials and books she had been using.
Eventually she had them arranged in the correct order, she thought so, at least. She pulled the bubble from behind one of her monitors and set it in the middle, above the center book, and gently popped it so the shards fell out... she stepped back and began to concentrate..

Soon they arrived at Pyro's room "Get ready for the ceremony."
She spoke as she reformed in a different outifit

/Almost there-/ the knock scared her, and she yelled in frustration as whatever power had been building up vanished in an instant.

She called, changing into a full length form of her skirt... it had half sleeves made of the same silk as her arm silks, and the bottom of the dress was sparkling... as well as having a gradient from red to pale orange. "Okay... I'll join you- one moment-" she opened the door and started. "Oh its just you." She narrowed her eyes and hastily closed the door behind her.

Ame walked out of Gold room, she was wearing the Sari that she showed Gold...She kept her amour and mantle on aswell....""Now, now Red. No need to be so down. This is the time to celebrate our victory isn't it~?" she grinned as she tapped her shoulder gently

She gasped and turned slightly. "A-Ametrine?? Oh! My Diamonds it worked it worked it worked!" She turned around to hug the other tightly "I-I didnt think it would..."

Pyro growled half heartedly. "Oh great... shes back too." Deep down, she was jealous... how come Ametrine was so forgiving, but not... she shook her head

Ame chuckled "You're pretty smart Red. now lets go~"

Gold hummed quietly and hesitantly let go... "Alright~"

The Gems made their way through the streets Homeworld, many Gems were cheering form the side of their homes....Ame laughed as she laid back...After awhile they got to the ceremonial building where speeches were given and the Diamonds gave the survivors medals and new ranks for their efforts...Pyro was given a medal of highest respect because she was the one who struck down the Rebel's leader...The ceremony then came to a close and after the long party everyone left..

She hadn't seen her since earlier, she realized... she growled and took the medal from around her neck, tossing it roughly on her side table, and falling heavily onto her bed. She didn't want to sleep anymore... and the little bit of food she had eaten made her feel heavy. She laid there a while...

She whispered, vaguely remembering the tall, thin gem who had helped pilot the ship on that one recon mission... she looked around more... Obsidian... she must've been torn in two, losing Red Tourmaline... she inhaled sharply and turned back to Star. She wasn't angry now... just pleading.

"Please... let me bring them out."

"Is that so~?"

She smiled "Why do you think I brought you here? she pressed the walls, the walls moved making tons of room for all the Gems to reform..."This used to be a training feild and flight center so it's large enough for them to reform inside." All the bubbles vanished and the Gems all began to reform....

"I-! Yes..." she twirled the other gem. "You're a part of my life... a big part of it. I felt awful that I couldn't save you when- when you were hurt, and..." she wiped one hand across her eyes. "You understand, right?"

She backed off, letting the other gems reform... staring at Star somewhat gratefully. "Thank you..."

She smiled and kissed the other Gem's forehead "YEs...I do Red"

Gold fell silent after, and continued leading the other gem... she seemed content.

"Y-yeah..." Pyro took a step towards Star and lifted one hand, before seeming to catch herself, and her hand dropped. Instead, she turned on one foot, scowling, and went to speak and reunite with the gems she did recognize.
