Re: Lol, i knew youd say something like that xD tho they seem alike, theyre very much different. Hydra(The name i gave it) is actually a series of cells that bind to the water unlike chaos who is literally water(unless theres some random breakdown of him that i never heard of lol) xD. But the Hydra was inspired by chaos so it makes sense youd see that xDDD lol

Re: Well for one, wasnt naming it after the mythical Greek creature xD so thats why. Secondly, "Hydra", a genus of simple freshwater animals belonging to the phylum Cnidaria and class Hydrozoa, native to the temperate snd tropical regions. These Hydra have regenerative abilities(Hmm, niw why is that familiar? xD Seems the greek creature "Hydra" took inspiration from a real life living marine creature, eh? lol). That's basically why i named it that xD it sounds watery, associated with a class of water animals and the whole cell thingy and regeneration.

Plus, how unoriginal would that be to give it many heads and have it named Hydra too? xD almost like you want me to copy lol. Nah, i stuck to nature when i made that creature xD tho Chaos might have been one of the first to be made up of water, mine is true to nature more or less.

Also, youd technically be wrong x3 tho it may not have 3 legitimate heads, its hands, if you didnt notice, are actually two brains and literally think as well but, they act more or less as eyes than anything. So in a sense, it does have 3 heads(if not HUNDREDS cuz of all the cells it is made up of. It could literally split portions of its cells to seperate areas of water and make something akin to "cloning") xD just not in the obvious way. Also, its hands were kinda inspired after the real Hydra that live under water. What looks like two fingers are actually tentacles tho, real hydra have more than just two. xD

Re: Im definitely getting Final Fantady Explorers xD and i know of the fantasy origins of "Hydra" too. I just took most of my inspiration from the real thing that lives in our oceans xD I'm surprised you never heard of the real life "Hydra" creatures. I learned that way back in biology i think lol. Well, i hope you learned something new today then. ouo i find them very interesting. Plus, these reptilians u speak of probably got that "hydra" namesake due to the regenerative properties, as you said prior, akin to the marine creatures and vice versa. nun
