What if the 3DS had the ability the create your own HOME Menu theme(OTHER than hacking the system, mind you)?
After browsing through the Theme Shop and looking at other amazing themes from other countries we probably won't get in NA(I'm looking at you, Japan), I felt inspired to do this.
